Valenciaport Foundation is the knowledge and innovation centre for the leading port cluster in the Mediterranean: Valenciaport. It is an initiative of the Port Authority of Valencia that brings together key companies in the port – maritime transport – logistics sector, as well as universities and institutions linked to the port community of Valenciaport.
We aim at promoting innovation by fostering the design, implementation and execution of research and innovation projects to enhance the competitiveness of companies in the sector. Valenciaport Foundation also offers value-added training for the continuous professional development of the port community’s human capital. We have an active cooperation policy with port communities and institutions linked to the port and maritime transport sector around the world.
Since our creation, we have developed 242 projects in more than sixty countries, mainly in the Mediterranean, the rest of Europe, Asia and Latin America.
